What do I believe?

I am passionate about family businesses and their ability to serve their stakeholders and contribute to their communities. I am confident about the longevity of FBs that work towards becoming TACTful;

Transparency dispels suspicion and the spread of false information.

Accountability ensures long term survival.

Communication is the bedrock of the relationships that help FBs flourish.

Trust, bred by the above, is the foundation of FBs.

I believe in the power of shared knowledge and am committed to educating family businesses about the many paths to success.

I feel that inclusivity, handled appropriately, is always better than exclusion.

I have faith in business families to make the right decisions once they have the best information they can get.
